Private Tent Rental - Spring 2023

Private Tent Rentals are for the whole day.  You choose your arrival time and stay as late as closing time.  

Each visitor aged 3 and older must have an admission ticket to enter the farm.

Two sizes to choose from:

• Medium, accommodates up to 25 guests.  Includes a tent, 4 picnic tables and 2 benches.  Located along Horse Shoe Lake near the Carousel and Ferris Wheel.  See Map for sites 1 - 3.
  
• Large, accommodates up to 75 guests.  Includes a large tent with 8 picnic tables and 4 benches.  Located beyond Horse Shoe Lake near the Train Station.  See Map for sites 4 - 5.

Optional Fire Pit:

• Add a Fire Pit to your Private Tent Rental for $50.  Firewood is included.  We will light the fire for you at a time you select.  Bring some marshmallows, hotdogs and skewers from home to roast over the open fire.
• Dewberry Farm reserves the right to cancel a fire pit due to weather conditions, such as, but not limited to: windy & draught.  If this were to happen, we will refund the fire pit portion of your fees.

Terms and Conditions: 

• Payment in full due at the time of booking.
• The cancellation of Private Tents will have a $15 cancellation fee.  Cancellations must be done via phone call to the farm 5 days in advance to receive a refund for the balance.  There will be no refund if you call to cancel less than 5 days from your scheduled reservation date.
• If Dewberry Farm is closed due to inclement weather, a full refund will be given or a new date can be arranged.  
• Dewberry Farm reserves the right to cancel a Fire Pit add on if high winds are an issue.
