Photography Policy

Professional Photography Policy

Professional photography sessions will only be scheduled between the dates of November 12 and November 21, 2018. Professional photography sessions at all other times will not be allowed unless prior arrangements have been made.

Professional photographers must make reservations for a specific date and time prior to arriving at the Farm. A $50 deposit is due upon making a reservation. Please be aware that there may be other photographers with clients on the Farm during your session.

Fees:

  • $125 for a half day session (4 hours or less) which may include multiple client sessions.
  • $200 for a full day session (8 hours or less) which may include multiple client sessions.

Farm Photography Policies

Neither half day or full day sessions may be split between multiple dates or other photographers.

Photographers must check in at the office upon arrival. They will receive a lanyard and must pay the balance of their session fee upon arrival. (Enter at the red gate.) Please return the lanyard at the end of your session.

Photography clients should enter at the blue gate and meet their photographer at a location designated by the photographer. Be sure clients have your cell number as the farm covers 100 acres. Dewberry Farm will not be responsible for locating clients or photographers.

Parking is allowed in the parking lots or on roads near the Christmas trees if weather conditions permit. If road conditions are bad, there will be a designated parking area. Do no block the roads as other photographers and clients may be present.

Sessions are only allowed in the Christmas trees. Photographers and clients should not enter the farm activity area for any reason other than to access a restroom.

No cutting of Christmas trees will be allowed during the photography sessions. Saws of any kind are strictly prohibited. Photographers will be charged a minimum of $200 per tree damaged or cut.

Any props clothing, furniture or other objects used in the sessions must be removed at the end of the session. A $50 clean-up fee will be charged if items remain.

The photographer and all photographer’s clients will hold harmless Dewberry Farm for any injuries sustained during photography sessions or while on the Farm.

All children under the age of 14 must be closely accompanied by an adult at all times.

Every possible effort will be made to accommodate re-scheduling due to a weather event. Only session dates listed are available for rescheduling. Please contact the office with any questions.
