Small Cabana

No Fee - First Come First Serve

Up to 15 guests

Perfect for small gatherings!

Small Cabanas are available to all guests on a first come first serve basis.

Located just inside the front gate, next to the Old Barn Stage

Each cabana comes with 2 picnic tables

Medium Tent

$100 plus tax

Up to 25 guests

Private Tent located around Horse Shoe Lake, convenient to the Carousel and Train Station

All day rental

4 picnic tables

2 benches

Add a Fire Pit for $50. Firewood included.

Large Tent

$200 plus tax

Up to 75 guests

Private Tent located around Horse Shoe Lake, convenient to the Train Station and Ferris Wheel

Reservation Policy

Private Tent Rentals must be reserved online at least 24 hours in advance. Payment in full is due when your reservation is made. A confirmation will be emailed to you.

Private Tent Rentals do not include admission to the farm. Paid admission is required for all guests age 3 and up. Online tickets must be redeemed for a wristband at the farm. If you purchase tickets for your guests, it is your responsibility to see that they have their wristbands to enter the farm.

Please no pinatas, glass containers, sternos, or anything that requires electricity. Alcohol may not be brought to the farm, but is available for purchase.

Feel free to bring prepared food, non-alcoholic drinks, birthday cake, etc., or purchase yummy food at our concessions.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation of Private Tent Rental will have a $15 cancellation fee. The cancellation must be done 5 days in advance and you will receive a refund for the balance. There will be no refund if you call less than 5 days from your scheduled reservation time.

If Dewberry Farm is closed due to inclement weather, a full refund will be given or a new date can be arranged.
