Photographers are required to have reservations for sessions.
Neither half-day or full-day sessions may be split between multiple dates or shared with other photographers.
Photographers must check-in at the ticket window upon arrival. (Enter at the blue gate.) The photographer will receive a lanyard giving permission to take photos on the farm. Please return the lanyard at the end of your session.
Photography clients should enter at the blue gate and meet their photographer at a location designated by the photographer.
Be sure clients/photographers have each other's cell number as the farm covers 100 acres. Dewberry Farm will not be responsible for locating clients or photographers.
Any props clothing, furniture or other objects used in the sessions must be removed at the end of the session. A $50 clean-up fee will be charged if items remain.
The photographer and all photographer’s clients will hold harmless Dewberry Farm for any injuries sustained during photography sessions or while on the Farm.
Please be aware that there may be other photographers with clients on the Farm during your session.
Parking Policy: Parking for photographers is allowed in the parking lots closest to the Christmas Trees.
Pet Policy: Pets are permitted to join their families for photography sessions on November 20 – 21 only. All pets must be on a leash at all times and owners must clean up after their pets. No pets allowed on November 13 – 14.
Payment Policy: A $50 deposit is due upon making a reservation. (Reservations booked prior to August 1 will be notified by email when we are able to process deposits in early August). Payment in full is due 14 days prior to your reserved session date.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 14 days of the reserved date will forfeit their deposit. (Exceptions made if the farm is closed due to weather.)
