Birthday Party FAQs
Final payment for your party is due 2 weeks prior to your party. You will receive a reminder email 3 weeks prior to your party with instructions to pay the balance due online. Once your final payment has been received you are free to arrange to pick up your wristbands at the farm so that you can distribute them to your guests before your party. Please be careful as you distribute wristbands to your guests as we cannot replace any wristbands that are lost or given to guests who no-show for your party. If you plan to pick up your wristbands on the day of your party, we recommend that you assign a friend or family member to greet your guests at the Birthday Party entrance to hand out wristbands. Be sure that every person age 3 and up will have a wristband.
Party hosts and guests should enter the farm at the bright yellow Birthday Party Check-in Building near the main entrance. Please check in for your party here. You will receive the number of tickets you have preordered for your party which you can then hand out to your guests as they enter the farm.
We do not provide a party host. You are free to explore the farm activities on your own, in any order you wish.
Yes, of course! We schedule our Birthday Party Tent reservations to allow for a 15 minute set up time prior to each reservation. We also allow 15 minutes after your reservation so you have time to clean up your area. You are responsible for cleaning up.
Activity Stars are attached to each full priced regular child and adult admission wristband. Activity Stars are not included with the discounted Birthday Party admissions. You can upgrade your discounted Birthday Party ticket to a regular ticket for $13.95 per ticket. Activity Stars can be used to choose from any of the Extra Attractions we offer at the farm. Stars can be shared among your group (more for the kids, less for the adults, etc.). Most activities require one star, but some require two or more. Stars are for Extra Attractions only and cannot be used to purchase food, drinks or merchandise.
Tokens are available for purchase. Each token is $4.00. Tokens can be used as cash for purchases on the Farm or can be used for the extra activities (just like a Star). This is a good option for those who choose to add-on just one or two more extra activities for the kids, or can allow your guests to purchase a pumpkin, ice cream, or other item to take home.
Yes, you can purchase additional wristbands on the day of your party at the Birthday Party Building. Admissions purchased by the Party host will receive the special Birthday Party pricing for additional guests. Party guests purchasing their own admission ticket will pay the regular ticket prices.
We do not offer refunds for unused tickets, but tickets may be used on a later date, until the end of the 2017 Fall Season (November 12, 2017).
Children age 2 and under receive free General Admission to the farm with access to all of our Main Attractions. If these young children would like to participate in our extra activities, a star or token will be required. Please see Special Policies for Parents with Children age 2 and under for details.
We have traditional picnic tables that are 6‘x 3’.
You are welcome to bring a small folding table for a cake table or gift table if you are worried about having enough space. You are also welcome to bring along a high chair for your infant if you wish.
Feel free to decorate your tent with streamers, balloons, table clothes, & banners. Sorry, but piñatas are prohibited.
If you choose to order pizza, drinks or other extras, the order form MUST be received no later than 5 PM on the Monday prior to your party. Click here to see what your options are.
We will not accept pizza orders received after 5 PM on the Monday prior to your party. You are welcome to purchase pizza or any of our concessions when you arrive at the farm. Lines at our concession stands can be long, so please plan ahead and order in advance. Orders for other extras and for drinks may still be available after the Monday deadline – please call to check availability.

Each 4 gallon jug will serve approximately (42) 12 oz. cups.
We provide basic paper plates, napkins and utensils if you order our pizza and cups if you order jugs of water or lemonade. You should plan to bring cake plates to serve your Birthday Cake. Also, don’t forget a knife to cut your cake, birthday candles and a serving utensil.
Yes, we will be happy to store your cake in our commercial sized refrigerator until you are ready to serve it. Sorry, but we are not able to store ice cream cakes in a freezer.
Payment for pizza, additional admission tickets or optional add-ons is required when you check-in for your party.
Yes. We now allow picnics to be brought into the Farm. You may bring food and non-alcoholic drinks into the farm. Coolers are allowed, but must be stored in your vehicle before and after your party. Open flames are prohibited – so no grilling or chafing dishes with sternos. There is no electricity provided at the Birthday Party tents.
Yes, children must be 75 lbs. or under to ride the ponies.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and cash. ATM machines are also available at the Farm.
Pets are not allowed on the Farm, except for certified service animals.
We realize that you may need to make alternate plans if Mother Nature is threatening to ruin your celebration. In these cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your party for a new day. If rescheduling is not possible we will offer a 100% refund.
We do not provide strollers or wheelchairs. Please bring yours from home. We do have a limited number of barrel wagons for guest use, at no charge.
Smoking cigarettes or e-cigarettes is prohibited on the Farm. Smoking is permitted in the parking area only.
